Open to all levels of yoga experience, this yoga retreat in Italy is suitable for everyone interested in a relaxed yoga week where focus is de-stress and recharge. The yoga classes are a blend of gentle and strong yoga (Hatha and Vinyasa) to build flexibility, strength, strong core muscles, and to allow time for reflection and relaxation. You will feel and look amazing and return home feeling healthier, lighter, and stronger!
During the retreat, you will be accommodated in Casale Giancesare, a farmhouse built in the nineteenth century in local stone that has been completely renovated and each year receives those improvements that make your stay more enjoyable. The rooms have air-conditioning and there will daily cleaning with bed and bath linen changed every three days. The house also provides free Wi-Fi, parking lot, and a swimming pool.
The yoga practiced during the retreat is suitable for everyone no matter age or ability. Come as you are and leave your worries behind you. Beginners are welcome and all classes are tailored to suit everyone’s need. The style is a blend of gentle Hatha and some days more flow or Vinyasa. However, classes are designed according to your energy and level.
On your arrival day, check-in is at 2:00 p.m. It is not possible to check in before 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage in the reception area and wait until your room is ready. There’s no yoga on the arrival day as everyone arrives on different times. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m.
On the departure day, breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m. There will be no yoga on this day and the check-out is at 10:30 a.m. It is not possible to check out from the rooms after 10:30 a.m., but you may keep your luggage in the reception area if you have a late flight.
Please note that on some days there will a rest afternoon and rest morning (yoga) to allow your body to recharge.

She loves to inspire people with health, happiness, and holistic foods. She is a foodie and a food creator, and yoga makes her feel amazing.
This retreat will take place in the region of Campania, only one and a half hour drive from Naples. The region is also called “the land of Buffalo mozzarella” because of the famous organic buffalo mozzarella which is produced here in the region. You’ll get the chance to explore a wonderful region of south Italy, stay in a beautiful family farm house, and feel home away from home.

Your meals during the retreat are vegetarian, using local products and ingredients to create authentic Italian meals. You get the chance to experience how mozzarella is being produced in the same way it was made generations ago and so much more.
You will be served daily breakfast. Dinner will be served every night except on Wednesday when you will have a free evening for you to enjoy dinner in a local place in a nearby town.
Please book your flight to arrive at Naples International Airport (NAP) or at Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO).
From the airport, you can take a direct train to arrive at Paestum train station. It’s a one-hour train ride from Naples to Paestum and three hours from Rome. Transfer from and to the train station is included. Sally Goldfinger will pick you up from the station with a smile.
