Accommodation

During the Retreat, you will stay in a charming luxury farmhouse with spectacular views and a huge pool overlooking the beautiful region. The venue is only 50 min away from the Amalfi coast. Other beaches are within 15 min reach by car. The rooms are cleaned daily, all rooms have AC and en-suite bathrooms. There is plenty of space in the venue, cozy corners, an organic garden, fresh fig trees. You will feel home away from home.

The yoga practiced during the retreat is suitable for everyone no matter age or ability. Come as you are and leave your worries behind you. Beginners are welcome and all classes are tailored to suit everyone’s need. The style is a blend of gentle Hatha and some days more flow or Vinyasa. However, classes are designed according to your energy and level.

Who is it for

This yoga retreat is for you if you are looking for a yoga retreat which isn’t strict in any way. You need time to disconnect, and you prefer a yoga holiday which doesn’t have a tight schedule with early 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. classes, but a more laid back yoga escape.

You need time for YOU, and you are craving a rest from daily tasks, stress, and millions things to do. Let Sally take care of your holiday, lean back, and enjoy your week. She knows exactly what you need, and will happily adjust the yoga classes according to your needs.

This retreat is perfect for beginners and all levels of yoga. A beautiful week of yoga, delicious healthy Italian food with an Ayurveda twist, sip on local Italian wine (should you wish to have locally-produced wine with your dinner it’s possible), stretch and tone with yoga, deep relaxation by the stunning pool, and time for deep breaths.

Yoga

Enjoy yoga in a non-competitive and inspiring environment. The classes are a blend of Hatha (gentle) and Hatha flow/Vinyasa (stronger). Your practice takes place in a stunning yoga space with amazing views, suitable for everyone no matter age or ability. Come as you are and leave your worries behind you. Beginners are welcome and all classes are tailored to suit everyones needs.

On your arrival day, check-in is at 2:00 p.m. It is not possible to check in before 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage in the reception area and wait until your room is ready. There’s no yoga on the arrival day as everyone arrives on different times. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m.

On the departure day, breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m. There will be no yoga on this day and the check-out is at 10:30 a.m. It is not possible to check out from the rooms after 10:30 a.m., but you may keep your luggage in the reception area if you have a late flight.

Sally Goldfinger
Yoga and Ayurveda keep Sally strong, happy, and in good shape. She has worked in the field of yoga and Ayurveda nutrition for ten years. It is who she is, and what she stands for. She loves to inspire people with health, happiness, and holistic foods. She is a foodie and a food creator, and yoga makes her feel amazing. Sally is originally from Denmark but has lived abroad for around 10 years. She likes places with sun, fresh air, and natural foods. Therefore, you’ll find her in Morocco. She is based in the vibrant and magical city of Marrakech and has lots of insider info to share with you.

Location

This retreat will take place in the region of Campania, only one and a half hour drive from Naples. The region is also called “the land of Buffalo mozzarella” because of the famous organic buffalo mozzarella which is produced here in the region. You’ll get the chance to explore a wonderful region of south Italy, stay in a beautiful family farm house, and feel home away from home.

The farmhouse is surrounded by amazing nature, and is a wonderful place to disconnect and give yourself a restful yoga holiday, connect with new people, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in a non-competitive environment.

Food

Your meals during the retreat are vegetarian, using local products and ingredients to create authentic Italian meals. You get the chance to experience how mozzarella is being produced in the same way it was made generations ago and so much more.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Naples International Airport (NAP) or at Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO).

Arrival by train

From the airport, you can take a direct train to arrive at Paestum train station. It’s a one-hour train ride from Naples to Paestum and three hours from Rome. Transfer from and to the train station is included. Sally Goldfinger will pick you up from the station with a smile.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 90 days before arrival.
