I loved everything there! The people, the location, the classes, thr island. The rebirthing class, the osho dynamics, the biodevelopment and vinyasa yoga were my highlights during my stay :).
The restaurant opened when I left, i got to try their food nonetheless, super delicious!
Recommend the place to everyone!

I loved everything about it! The whole place has a very positive, warm and welcoming vibe.. The location is dreamy, a green slice of heaven next to the sea, the classes were nothing like I had experienced before, the staff really friendly and kind, I honestly cannot find a single thing I didn't like. My next mission is to find active mediation classes in the UK. Koh Phangan is also an island worth the visit, don't let the main town by the port disappoint you, the island is full of golden sand beaches and green.

I only booked the 6 days and 5 nights Healing& Awakening course but I felt it already had such an impact on me! I wish I would have done the 4 weeks programm...
The teachers are all fantastic and super professional. I am doing Yoga since a few years but I have to say that they were probably the best ones I have ever had.
The whole course is super intense and you learn so much within this short time wich you will keep for a lifetime. Every cent you pay for it is definitely worth it!!!

"A full experience "
If youre looking for a full reset go to That place. This is much more than a yoga retreat! This is also about your mind, how to release deep emotions and feel safe and happy. People are nice with you and if you do the classes you gonna feel better. For me 2 weeks minimum
I remember my first day on the school campus. I immediately had the feeling about good vibes and spirits The 200 hours are intense. I never thought about the word ''intense'' before but it is. If you decide to sign in with Samma Karuna school you decide to start an inner journey. Ishi the head of school will lead you in his own charming way to the best wonderful version of yourself. I learned so much about myself, about yoga, about giving and receiving in all aspects of life.
Our daily yoga sequences were perfect. I loved every single hour. Our teachers came from all over the world with different backgrounds taught us everything they could in this short time period. But not to forget to have a word on our YTTC coordinator. She was always there for us. Not even to provide us with information also as a friend and a big mental support. I don't know what kind of teachers you can expect on your YTTC but I believe that Samma Karuna will always find a perfect variety of teachers for their students.
The accommodations are simple. In my point of view far to simple. But the training, the campus, the food, the people everything else is simply perfect.
I’m so grateful that I was, and still am, a part of this amazingly beautiful school. This trip for me started with the intention to do the 200hr yttc and leave after the month. But this place has so much to offer that I decided to stay another month to do my teaching internship over here, in addition to learning so much from the ongoing workshops and meditations. The teachers and the staff love you like a family. They’re very well informed, very educated and extremely active. And they truly make you feel like home. I consider myself lucky I was able to do my yttc at Samma Karuna. But this place has so much going on that it’s worth a visit even if you only want to relax and take a few classes here and there. This place, including the people who hold the space, are gems on the island. I have a huge love and respect for the teachers and the staff for all of what they do for us. And I’ll totally recommend !

I am a big fan of the kundalini yoga at samma karuna - taught by the two beautiful souls jewels and alex. Always challenging but very much rewarding at the same time I felt a deeper connection to my true self and in general more receptive for the beauty of life. Thank you!
