Maro Georgatou was born in 1977 in Athens and has been doing yoga since 2000. She has been taught by many teachers of different styles of yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and flow. She always choose the best practice depending on the group of people by going through a combination of all of these styles. She also uses pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation with practitioners in order to help them in flowing in a peaceful state of mind.
Nabil will be the instructor for the two hours Thai massage workshop.This is a one to one, body to body practice - you‘ll be twisted, stretched, and your feet, thumbs, and fists will work the body. Asanas or yoga poses are also part of this workshop. The practice promotes positive energy circulation so that you feel balanced and rejuvenated.
