Being a yogi is not about doing good poses, it is to learn how to properly combine asana (poses) practice, Pranayama (breath control), meditation, and healthy habits. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn and to start transforming your life by being an authentic yogi!
To join this retreat, you will need a stable internet connection and Zoom.
Two days before the start of the retreat you will receive a link and a password to connect by Zoom meeting. It is recommended that you stay in a silent place at home where you will not be distracted. To profit the most from the retreat, Sendero del Yogui suggests no to use your mobile phone. If other members of your household will no be participating, it will be better to ask them to minimize the interaction with you.
It is also recommended not to leave home unless absolutely necessary, and reduce your tasks at home as most as possible. Avoid watching TV and digital entertainment.
The program might change slightly based on the organizer's criteria in order for participants to profit the most from the retreat.
This retreat is suitable for any level! It does not matter if you have practiced yoga before or not, everyone is welcome to experience this weekend of well being.
This retreat will give you the foundations to live a healthy life and achieve a positive transformation. If you never practiced before, you will learn all you need to start your practice in the right and safe way. If you have been practicing for a while, you can refresh the basics and learn a different point of view. During asana practice, there will be variations in order to practice at your level. You will be able to apply what you learn to your everyday life and therefore become healthier.

Observando una notable y positiva transformación a nivel físico y mental decidió adentrarse en el conocimiento y la práctica de varias formas de meditación y certificarse como maestro de Yoga para así poder enseñar estas maravillosas disciplinas. Cuenta con 300 hrs. de certificación con el método Yoga Espacio creado por la maestra Jñana Dakini , también realizó una certificación en Rishikesh India avalada por Yoga Alliance en la escuela dirigida por Swami Sudhir Anand. Además de sus certificaciones pasó un año.
