From a romantic getaway to a family holiday or yoga retreat, they can cater to your accommodation needs. All the accommodations are located on the gorgeous, six miles' long deserted sand beach.

Living in the tropics is all about outside living. Throughout the 15 acres property, enjoy balconies, terraces, palapas, arbors, outdoor garden rooms, and ever-present hammocks and deck chairs, all the better to enjoy the view, the wildlife, and your life. Iguana Lodge is about nature and peaceful co-existence. They do not provide televisions nor air-conditioning, however, they do provide an awesome experience in the jungle on the beach.

Your deluxe accommodations include orthopedic beds, 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, bunches of fluffy towels and robes, organic shampoos, soaps, and other goodies for the global traveler, batik beach sarongs, fresh tropical flowers, free Wi-Fi, and ocean breezes backed up by quiet, cooling fans.

The rooms

Casitas are for a more rustic jungle experience, with a breezy living space, natural stone shower (some have outdoor showers), and a private deck with hammocks. Straight out of Jungle Architectural Digest, the secluded two-story casitas possess what designers call “tropical allure”. Tarzan would be proud. Casitas is located on the beach, around and about the 15 acres property amongst the fragrant native species gardens. The orchards attracting wildlife and birds of all furs and feathers (respectively) amidst the Tarzan vines. You can sign up by yourself or with a partner / friends.

Slip into your spacious Tarzanesque abode and enjoy a breezy living space with both a queen and a daybed, a large bathing area with a natural stone shower (some have exotic outdoor showers), a luxurious private deck with hammocks and deck chairs, in-house designed sustainable bamboo, beach and forest furniture, a relaxing reading nook with great reading lights complete with a private library, and bouquets of tropical fresh flowers in 850 square feet.

Club Rooms

Club Rooms are lovely hotel-like rooms with private bathrooms and outdoor living areas for hanging out facing the beach or the jungle. Some of the rooms have one queen bed and some of the rooms have two single beds. They offer a modern, chic twist on jungle lodging. Light and airy, these 360 square feet rooms offer fab views of the beach or jungle. The rooms include individual outdoor living porches, marble and travertine bathrooms, industrial frosted glass french doors, lofted ceilings, and in-house designed bamboo furnishings. You can sign up by yourself or with a partner / friend.

The peninsula offers the best of both world: lush tropical rainforest and beautiful wide beaches. There are some great surf spots for all levels on the Osa, including the Matapalo area and Pavones (second largest left-hand wave in the world).
