7 Days What My Body Loves Meditation and Yoga Retreat in Bali, Indonesia

Women's Yoga Retreat Bali

There is no one way to be. There is no one way to have a healthier body image. Any workshop that teaches you how to be, what to do to look good, or what to eat will only take you away from what will truly work for you. That’s why on this Bali retreat, Shivatree Yoga School will not teach you what to eat or what exercise you need to do. Instead, you will learn to do what your body truly loves!

Accommodation

Om Ham is one of Bali's unique holistic retreat centers, infused with love, good intention, and a very tangible energy as it was hand-built by Guru Ketut Arsana and fellow locals. It is nestled amidst the serene rice paddies of the Ubud highlands, in the quaint village of Junjungan; a mere 20-minute drive from the city center.

It is the perfect place for you to disconnect from the manic pace of life and reconnect with yourself in an awe-inspiring and highly energized natural environment. Experience the holistic treatments, the unique Kundalini Tantra yoga, or simply allow the energies of the sacred rivers to flow over you and refresh your body, mind, and soul.

Program

Shivatree Yoga School will teach you how you can ask your body what it needs at any given time to make you happy, fulfilled, loved, content, sexy, and sensual. Beauty and awesomeness come in all different sizes, shapes, and colors.

Shivatree Yoga School teaches you the key ingredients for you to really feel fabulous in your own body. When you are deeply content in your body and your needs are met, it radiates in all aspects of your lives. Your relationship, not only with your body, but also with your romantic partner, colleagues, family, friends, and even money will improve as well.

This retreat is deliciously designed to help women be fully reconnected and develop healthier relationships with their bodies. Through well-crafted activities, yoga and other healthy exercises and body movements, meditations, meaningful conversations, safe small group discussions, fun workshops, and other pampering self-care acts, you will discover what your bodies truly love.

You will learn helpful techniques on how to get to know your body better and what kind of food and exercise that is good for you based on the type of body you have. Everyone is different. It is time to honor your body and listen to what it truly loves.

The goal of this retreat is to help you feel rejuvenated, in love, proud, and confident about yourselves and your bodies. You will have a healthier and juicier body image and a meaningful sense of self.
