Sol's yoga journey started in 2010. When she felt the transformation yoga had in her life, she started desiring to share the gift of yoga with others. One of her most influential teachers was Andrei Ram, and because of his teachings, she makes regular visits to his workshops in Santa Marta, Colombia to deepen her understanding of Raja Yoga. With this mindset, Sol gives every class from the bottom of her heart, creating an uplifting, safe environment for students who begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness.
