Relax, unwind, and find yourself again on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, during this yoga and meditation retreat. The daily program will provide you with the peace of mind and spirit necessary to relax, and the amazing landscape of Samoa will give you the necessary energy and vitality to confront any life challenge.
You will stay at Litia Sini Beach Resort in traditional Samoan falé accommodation. Imagine waking up to the sights and sound of waves caressing a golden shoreline. The beach-side accommodation comes in the form of falés, traditional Samoan bungalows, situated above the beautiful white sandy beach, only steps from the sea.
Traditional falés are usually built with few posts, often with no walls, and a thatched roof with a round or oval shape. The falés at the resort are constructed in a modern yet traditional Samoan style to ensure coolness inside, whilst remaining open to the fantastic ocean views.
You will sleep in a comfortable double-bed, right on the beach. Sheets, towels, and mosquito nets are provided. All the falés have lights and an electrical outlet so you can charge your devices, and a ceiling fan is installed to keep you cool at night.
The falés at Litia Sini are arranged in two rows. From the beachfront ocean view falé you can experience the splendid view of sunsets and the grandeur of sunrises against Nu'utele Island directly from your balcony. The garden beach falés are the second row of bungalows. Situated by the peaceful, well-maintained floral gardens you still get to see the ocean, just not as direct as from the front row.

This retreat will take place in Upolu island in Samoa, an independent state located in the South Pacific Ocean that used to be known as Western Samoa. With a population of around 185 000, many Samoans have migrated to other countries such as New Zealand and Australia. There are now more Samoans living outside of Samoa than within it. Samoa has a low crime rate, and is considered a safe destination to visit.
Made up primarily of two islands, Upolu and Savai'i, this Polynesian country is situated south of the equator, midway between New Zealand and Hawaii, in the South Pacific Ocean. The islands are a result of volcanic activity - though none of the remaining volcanic structures on the islands are currently active.
Savai'i is geographically larger than Upolu and is the sixth largest island in all of Polynesia. Though smaller in geographic size, Upolu island has a larger population and holds Samoa's capital city of Apia on it. Lita Sini Beach Resort is located on Lalomanu beach which is on the South Coast of Upolu island.
You will be served daily delicious healthy food: tropical buffet breakfast and dinner, and a special lunch menu. Please note that Soul retreats are drug and alcohol free. They have an ongoing commitment to donating 25% of any profit made to support Litia Sini installing a safe drinking water system for the local community at Lalomanu Village and for the resort guests.
In your free time, you ca do kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming on beautiful Lalomanu beach, or you can go on trips to explore the island of Upolu.
You have included in the price a private session which can be a massage, a private meditation session, yoga therapy, massage therapy, or cranio-sacral therapy.
Please book your flights to arrive at Faleolo International Airport (APW). Transfers from the airport can be arranged by request and at an additional price.
