Leah is a yoga teacher, writer and passionate world traveler. From Leah’s very first encounter with yoga, she was hooked. She fell in love with the pure dichotomy of the practice: the stark contrast between the strength and power compared to the grace and surrender. She enjoys the beautiful dance between the two extremes that happens on (and off!) her mat every day. Leah has been a passionate, dedicated practitioner since her very first class.

"Amazing week doing yoga on Vis Island "
What a beautiful setting for a yoga retreat.
A week of rejuvenation, balance yoga and delicious food. I loved the adventures and tours that were included on the retreat, the blue caves were awesome. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone and will definitely be returning when I can.
Thank you Milda, Mario and Leah for a wonderful time.

"Best holiday and personal experience I’ve ever had"
I got so much out of this holiday, new friends, relaxation, great food and fantastic yoga. Leah was amazing, a wonderful mix of yoga that was challenging, relaxing and very rewarding.
Accommodation is great, food is lovely and you have a good mix of doing your own thing and arranged excursions.
I thoroughly recommend this holiday.

"Peace and relaxation in Vis"
Our yoga teacher, Rosie, was fantastic. She brought us to the here and now from the first few minutes of our first yoga session and her insightful classes were inspiring, strengthening and relaxing all at once. The food from Milda was superb and plentiful. Mario provided excellent excursions around the island with just the right amount of activity - we had plenty of time to relax and be quiet and enough trips to feel like we'd seen some of the island and learnt some of its history. The location was also amazing. Gorgeous views over sea and little islands with beautiful sunrises. Easy access to the sea.

"The holiday you need with a perfect balance! "
Everything. The location (Vis) is in a tiny island that only has two little villages, therefore making the spot very chill and relaxed (if you are looking for buzz then it's not your destination). On the other hand, the three trips arranged by the team along the week makes it quite a busy trip in the end! (I honestly thought I'd had a little more time off, but I didn't mind it in the end... The other people in the group were great and I loved hanging out with them).
Yoga class was really good! Leah is a great teacher and the teaching spot (terrace with views to the bay) makes the whole experience amazing! As she teaches more restaurative yoga in the afternoon, it doesn't feel like a too intense exercise day after day. You could also tell that she adapts to the needs and level of the participants in each class.
The vegetarian food was great, fresh, varied and tasteful! And I'm not vegetarian... :)
All in all, I would 100% recommend!

"A beyond-amazing retreat experience"
Excellent yoga classes that allowed me to deepen my practice, delicious home-made vegan food, and great hosts who proved excellent and welcoming guides on the island!
