How The Retreat Works

The retreat will be done entirely as a live video conference via Zoom, with a maximum of 12 participants to allow for deep emotional support. All you need to join is the Zoom app (installed on your computer or phone) and a stable internet connection.

This meditation retreat is held online. Sunny Yoga is based in Koh Phangan, Thailand, but the sessions will be live-streamed via Zoom. Access the retreat from the comfort of your own home via your computer.
