Ellen started practicing Ashtanga yoga in 1994 and holds a Level II Authorization from the KPJAYI Ashtanga Research Insitute in Mysore. She was one of the very first Ashtanga teachers in Norway and founded the Ashtanga Yoga Oslo in 2002. Currently, Ellen teaches at the Pranayama Yoga in Kathmandu and an advanced series practitioner and a dedicated student of John Scott with whom she completed a two-year YTT. She's deeply interested in Buddhism and has lived for nearly three years in a Tibetan monastery in Bylakuppe, India. She also has a master's degree in Buddhist studies and translation.
Nina Vukas is a certified experienced yoga teacher E-RYT 500, Prenatal yoga teacher, and a founder of Sangha yoga studio in Zagreb. She has been practicing yoga since 1998 and has been teaching since 2004. Nina's foundation in Ashtanga and her advanced certification in the Prana or Vinyasa flow tradition are apparent in her thoughtful yet playful teaching style, which honors the yoga tradition, while confidently inspiring innovation. She has created her own Vinyasa flow method -Spanda Vinyasa.

Carlos Romero is a Surfyogi devoted yoga teacher, who has been immersed in the journey of self-exploration through yoga for over 15 years. After finishing his first yoga teacher training in Sivananda Divine Life Society School (2002) he has continued to deepen his yoga practice and expand the scope of his studies in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Dharma Mittra Yoga, Anusara, Yin, and Embodied flow. In 2005, he became a Thai yoga massage therapist and continued his exploration and studies into other forms of movement and healing.
Born and raised all over the UK, Joanna has always been a gypsy soul at heart and is now based between Bali and Ibiza. Her desire to break free and live an "out of the ordinary life" led her to her soul purpose in life. Over the last few years, she has been traveling and studying Reiki, bodywork, yoga and water healing dance, specializing as a Reiki master and teacher. She continues to deepen her knowledge in all areas through continued study and practice, and her work is now taking her to Bali, Goa, and Europe.
