I've visited Tao's twice. First for a teacher training with Sarah Power's learning about Yin yoga and mindfulness meditation and later to participate in the long stay program they offer; The staff became family! They are the friendliest, accommodating, hospitable people I've met around Europe. Daily activities like yoga, Pilates, meditation. It was amazing to practice yoga in such a stunning environment - surrounded my the clearest turquoise waters. Spectacular views looking out to Naxos Island. The food is excellent. There's a lot of variety. I am vegetarian and had many dishes to choose from. I can tell the cooks put a lot of care and love into the preparation of the food.
I would go back in a heart beat! I recommend checking out all the different programs they offer over the Summer - there's a possibility to volunteer and serve this wonderful establishment. It was truly a wonderful experience for me.
All aspects of my stay at Tao's Center for this yoga workshop far exceeded expectation. Thank you Chuck and the guys. The massage was delightful, thank you Eva.
Thank you for my coffees Chris.

I keep going back to this beautiful community of like-minded people seeking to live loving and individual lives, focused around the Tao's Center. It's a real sanctuary for me. I always feel so welcome. I've done courses that changed me, cried with laughter and release there and danced and danced. I love it there.
I found Tao's by joining the 5 day yoga and Gaga dance workshop. It was more than a place to take classes. As well as the weekly regular yoga and meditation classes in beautiful spaces with breathtaking views, the restaurant serves smoothies and the best Thai food. Everyone so friendly - a chance to chat to a stranger, or sit quietly on a sofa and read a book. A home from home that made my holiday feel extra special. Will be finding my way back soon as!
What an incredibly beautiful location. On the Greek island of Paros, with an all round view down to the coast, the azure blue sea and the island of Naxos. Sure, you have to make the effort to get there, it's down a dirt track. But for the view alone, it's worth it! And then you have the delicious food and drinks. Delicious Thai food: green curries, red curries, pad Thai, mango salad; I particularly liked the Thai dessert: a soup of coconut and banana, that apparently undergoes a ritual involving incense - however they did it, it was so tasty. The center also has a daily program of yoga, meditation and Pilates as well as regular workshops. We loved the yoga with Tassos. In fact, everyone that we met here was fantastic, they really made us feel at home in Paros. We will be back!
I've just finished a workshop at Tao's and had an amazing time. The workshop it self was great, the food was amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I recommend this place for anyone, any age, looking for a relaxed yet fun time.

I just came back from my third time in Tao's Center.I still can feel the state of mind of this wonderful place. The Tao's people, my new family, are kind and warm and always helpful. Try one of the workshops in Tao's if you want a good clearing of the mind. And of course the Thai Restaurant - a true pleasure!

I needed a place to find calm, grounding, my smile, myself and much-needed light. I felt the need to do so for quite some time. In the early stages of a nine-month travel journey, I stumbled upon this place online and it intrigued me, and after looking at it countless times I booked myself to go. I met some amazing people there - that I hope will remain life long friends, took the time to learn meditation and various other classes being offered. I also invested in myself through several courses and one on one sessions with a few of the instructors. All I can say is opening myself up to these people and experiences changed my life in that I see things and people in a whole new light and way. I see. When my friends and family could "see" the incredible and positive changes in me from across the world I knew good things were starting to take form. When I could finally see all of this in myself, I knew I was right where I needed to be. A crucial turning point in my life started at Tao's Center, I let light in again and started to live and love in a new way. The location is lovely - views of the water everywhere and it's peaceful. Sure there are some bumpy roads to get there but its worth it - no need to rush anyways. I absolutely cannot wait to go back - it is most certainly not a case of if it's when!
