Holistic Holidays is held at Toque Holistico - a beautiful, beach-front center overlooking the ocean and providing direct access to the beach. The center has restrooms, air conditioning and fans, a pure water dispenser, natural teas, and yoga mats at your disposal. The front of the studio is made up of twelve meters of crystal clear windows, allowing you to soak in the amazing ocean views while you practice yoga and take part in your scheduled activities.
In addition to the main class room where yoga, Aero / Acro yoga, Pilates, and meridian stretching classes take place, there are two fully-equipped therapy rooms to perform all the holistic healing treatments. Both rooms are decorated calmly, and provide private space and bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy.

In the language of sanskrit, ha means sun, and tha means moon. The practice of Hatha yoga is the unification of opposites - of the sun and the moon, of the body and the mind.
