Live sessions will be held for one hour every 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Indian time (GMT+5:30).

Retreat information

You will learn meditation, yoga techniques, philosophical discussion, life management, stress management advice, breathing techniques, mantra chanting, and guided meditation.

All skill levels are welcome.

Schedule:

  • Day 1: Introduction of yoga, stretches, seated postures, and meditation talk
  • Day 2: Stretches and asana, meditation technique, and breathing technique
  • Day 3: Yoga Nidra and guided meditation
  • Day 4: Back strengthening asana, chanting, and seated meditation
  • Day 5: Guided meditation
  • Day 6: Asana theory: Do's and don'ts
  • Day 7: Breathing techniques and theory
  • Day 8: Breathing technique continued
  • Day 9: Yoga Philosophy for stress management
  • Day 10: Basic guidelines of practice and do's and don'ts

This meditation retreat is held online. Trinetra Yoga is internationally headquartered In Sri Lanka and currently operating live sessions from their national headquarters in Mysore, India - the yoga capital of the world. They will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer with an internet connection.
