There are times when coming together as sangha is particularly important. And now is one of those times. You need the support and caring of each other and of yourself towards yourself to begin to relax and heal. You can begin to offer yourself into the practice of holding and relating to your grief, rage empathy, overwhelm, and through this process discern a path that brings clarity and freedom from suffering. The Buddha invites you repeatedly into the faith that beautiful qualities live inside of you and are accessible through practice, especially together. Discernment or wisdom is the consequence of your efforts and is one of the greatest gifts you can take back into your family, communities, and the world.
The retreat will be held online using Zoom. You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone that has a microphone and or webcam. There will be an option to join using a regular telephone, but you will have an audio-only experience.
This meditation retreat consists of two days. Day 1 will start in the evening while the second day will be a whole day. This is an online retreat so you can participate from the comfort of your home.
