Program

Activities and therapies

During the weekend, one free personal session of your own choice will be offered, with either an aura cleaning or a colour healing (times to be arranged with a practitioner on arrival).

Aura cleaning

A 55-minute personal session to clean the aura. Daily life can cause the aura to become clogged with energies that don't belong and clearing the auric pathways enables you to feel more calm, settled, centred and ready for a fresh start.

Colour healing

A 55-minute personal session to re-balance and renew through the spectrum colours, each working on a different frequency, that is energy food for the body, soul and spirit. One or several colours may become depleted over time and replenishing them will fill you with new vitality.

Mindfulness and meditation

Wellness in Wales uses a variety of individual and group meditation techniques to promote inner stillness, increase mental focus and encourage deeper connectivity to one's spiritual core and the vivifying natural essences that empower life.

Qigong

Qigong is the third pillar of traditional Chinese medicine and is designed to increase flexibility, harmony, balance and the flow of "chi" energy or natural life force. This cultivates a finer awareness of body movement, reduces stress, promotes centredness and increases aerobic fitness.

Sensitising to nature

It's one thing to take a walk in the woods, another to feel the nature of the land and sense the pulsing life of a tree. Their specially designed sensitivity and meditation practices aim to make your next encounter with nature a holistic and enriching experience.
