Wild Human offers a huge variety of activities in addition to the yoga related classes. This is suitable for any level - experienced or not. Accommodation

This private castle is unbeatable. The five acres within a walled garden is stunning. The pool is a treat. The sea side is a walk away. This is a dream come true. We offer sunset and sunrise practice on the beach and more.

The gorgeous private castle has beautiful double rooms and a few lovely single rooms available inside the private castle. The shared bedrooms are only bookable by couples, or friends/families travelling together.

Instructors

Rachel Cox
Rachel Cox has a background in dance, art, martial arts, and law. She returned to her first love of holistic therapy. It came naturally to her as she had been raised in an environment that welcomed and encouraged complementary therapies. Rachel has traveled the world to complete her various training and brings her unique zest for life to everything she does.
Lewis Cutler
Lewis is a singer, song writer, musician, martial artist, and DJ. He believes in the magical power of fun, friends, family, laughter, and living in harmony with the environment. A mixture of that in with some sweet tunes and he's ready to give you a real good, healthy time.

Location

The retreat is held in a stunning private castle in Malta, ten minutes from the airport with the sea close by and near the famous Blue Grotto.

Food

Food will be fresh and healthy, bought locally. The meals will be vegetarian generally, but can also be vegan. Brunch will be fresh fruit, cereals / porridge (gluten free options), fresh breads, eggs and smoothies, with your choice of teas and coffee. Vegan and gluten free are catered for. Evening meal will be healthy, delicious, fresh and filling: soups and salads, dhal and similar.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Fly to Malta Luqa International airport and take a 10 minute taxi from there. This can be arranged with Rachel, for a small additional charge.
