Wolfs Yoga has five bedrooms (mostly with private bathroom), for single or double occupancy. The yoga retreat can accommodate up to 10 persons. There is a spacious living room, a big kitchen, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, and a wooden yoga deck surrounded by the orange trees filling the garden.

The retreat program aims to create inspiration to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. With daily yoga, meditation and special classes, you will be given tools to create positive shifts in your everyday life. The yoga styles that will be practiced during this retreat include Yin, Yang, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Tibetan, and Nidra Yoga. Walking and mindfulness meditation sessions will also be held.

The Wolfs Yoga team highly respects you spending some quiet time for yourself to enjoy nature and relax. Vincentina’s National Park is ideal for long walks known for its amazing views and spectacular coastal scenery.

Delight Yoga Amsterdam Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga)
Amwo lets you feel and explore yoga to find a deeper connection. While traveling the corners of the world since he was 16, he found a deep connection to yoga in India 2008, and learned to recover from severe sports injuries. Also during his travels he connected with many different styles of yoga, Vipassana meditation, solitude, shamanism and studied them with many great teachers of traditional yoga lineages. In 2015, he graduated from the one year Sva Dharma Yoga teacher program at Delight Yoga Amsterdam. He has been teaching 500+hrs of Ashtanga, Meditation, Restorative, Yin and Nidra yoga.

Delight Yoga Amsterdam Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Ashtanga Yoga)
She teaches from experience, creating a safe, challenging and peaceful environment, in a way that gives students space to explore and to be themselves. With 15 years of experience in yoga practice, Lot studied with many great teachers of traditional Astanga yoga lineages. She studied at the Sva Dharma Yoga teacher training at Delight Yoga Amsterdam. And is certified in the practices of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga, Mindfulness, Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. She specialised in hands-on adjustments and the Astanga system and is currently studying Yin Yoga. Teaching in Amsterdam and Wolfs Yoga.


The Yoga Villa is located within walking distance of the picturesque village Vila do Bispo, right in the National Park Costa Vicentina. From the backyard, you may walk straight into the National Park to Rota Vicentina and to Algarve's most astonishing beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, which are just three and a half kilometers away. This location is ideal for long walks of exploration and close contact with nature´s beauty.

Wolfs Yoga will prepare three delicious healthy meals a day with mostly organic and locally sourced fresh fruits and vegetables. All the meals will be vegetarian and easily adaptable to specific diets such as vegan, gluten, and dairy free.

Also, get inspired with delicious yogic, vegetarian recipes. If you have specific diet requirements regarding the food, please let Wolfs Yoga know in advance. Water, organic tea, and fruits will be available all day. All food is included in the price.

Wolfs Yoga Retreats is happy to organize surf classes, stand-up paddleboard adventures (SUP) or a massage treatment for you for an additional cost. You may also enjoy the unspoiled beaches, engage in some hiking or mountain biking in the national park, explore the Vila do Bispo village, the Sagres village, or the south-west point of Europe.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Faro Airport (FAO) which is the closest airport. Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS) is another close airport.

Arrival by bus

You can take a public bus from Faro Airport (FAO). The journey may take about four hours, passing through the municipalities of Faro and Lagos, and ending at the Vila do Bispo bus stop, where Wolfs Yoga will meet you if you have previously booked this option. From Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS), you may take a bus that runs from Lisbon to Lagos and from Lagos to Vila do Bispo.

Arrival by shuttle

The shuttle service offers affordable transfers from Faro Airport (FAO) to the Vila do Bispo village for an additional cost of 30 EUR approximately. The ride will take one and a half hours. Wolfs Yoga will meet you at the bus stop. Please take notice you need to book this option at least 24 hours in advance.

Arrival by taxi

You can also take a taxi from Faro Airport (FAO) to Vila do Bispo. The ride will cost from 80 EUR to 130 EUR. If you wish, you may ask them to drop you at the Vila do Bispo bus stop where Wolfs Yoga will meet you if booked in advance.
