Maggie is a qualified mindfulness teacher and has been running mindfulness and yoga holidays for four years in Portugal, India, and next year Ireland. She teaches mindfulness meditation for stress reduction, a better well-being, and for creativity, as well as the art of breathing.
Michele has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years. Her style has evolved over the years to include Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais method, and somatic movement. Michele is a very experienced teacher and can provide alternative for all levels within her classes. She will be teaching between May 20 -26, 2018 in Portugal together with Maggie.
Sivan is a qualified, professional massage therapist and yoga teacher from India. Sivan is delighted to be offering a Sivananda Hatha yoga class which will include breathing exercises or pranayama, sun salutations, postures or asanas, and a guided relaxation. Sivan brings over 15 years of teaching experience to his classes.
Karen offers meditation guidance and Laughter yoga.
