Yoga has been part of Sanda's life since the beginning of her adult life. She started practicing yoga 12 years ago. She discovered how yoga helped to overcome life challenges, experience joy and letting go, and find her balance between material and spiritual world in India. Her classes embrace a multitude of traditions including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Satyananda yoga, focusing on consciousness, awareness, and surrender in practice. Aside from teaching locally, she is also interested in psychology, painting, salsa, and playing the piano.
