Program

This 30-days online one-to-one yoga retreat via Zoom consists of 20 sessions in total. Each session will be one to one of 60 to 90 minutes.

  • The sessions start Monday to Friday from 07:00hrs to 20:00hrs (GMT+5:30, India Time)
  • On request, Meditation sessions will be on Saturday and Sunday
  • You can decide your session time between 07:00hrs to 20:00hrs (GMT+5:30)

How the retreat works

Based on your health’s requirement or your lifestyle, a specific yoga, and meditation program will be designed for you. In the program, you may practice Kundalini, Ashtanga, or Hatha Yoga along with Meditation.

Experienced English Speaking Yoga teachers will conduct the course via zoom. Yoga teachers are Yoga Alliance certified and have experience of 7+ years.

In the session, there will be two teachers. One teacher will explain about the yoga pose, practice with you at the same time and another teacher will guide you when you practice. In this way, every yoga pose becomes easy to do perfectly.

The course will be held for four weeks, 5 days a week (60-90 minutes/session).
