      The retreat was well organised from start to finished. I particularly enjoyed the early morning yoga sessions, which were always at a pace that suited the group, and the all-encompassing gong bath. The food was a delicious array of nutritional vegetarian food, with plenty of variety and imagination. We even had wheat free pancakes with many delicious toppings. The location was idyllic, with a lake and gardens to wander and meditate in. I left feeling nourished inside and out, and with some lovely new friends from all walks of life. I will definitely be going on another Yoga By Nature retreat.

      I recently moved to Weston-super-Mare from London and had the pleasure of joining one of Morven's classes. I have been doing yoga for quite a while now, and can honestly say her class was up there with the best I have been to! Morven is knowledgeable, calm and a great teacher.

      I first experienced Morven's classes at the Penny Brohn when I was recovering from breast cancer and the treatment and I found them very restorative - it was my first experience of yoga. I really liked her approach of bringing meditation into the practice. Now I go regularly to her mindfulness and yoga session at Wild Wolf's on Saturdays - a lovely session where I'm discovering more about listening to my body, observing my mind and tending to my inner self. It's also a wonderful way of ending the week and starting the weekend.
