You will stay at Hotel Vishla Palace. The place is quiet, clean and safe. Hotel Vishla Palace is located just ten minutes walking to the main touristic area of Rishikesh including local shops, cafes and organic stores. Francesca is a registered Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher (RYT 500), constantly practicing and studying yoga and meditation. She loves the physical aspect of yoga but she believes you have to go beyond it to find stillness and awareness not only on the mat but in the whole life journey. With a working sports background and specialization in Shiatsu, Francesca has been full-time alternative health care practitioner for many years before totally dedicate herself to yoga. Merging the power of the Ashtanga Vinyasa style with the precision of the Iyengar alignments and the awareness of breath, she creates a perfect fusion of body, mind, and spirit in her classes.

Amritesh is a uniquely inspiring and experienced yoga teacher. His teaching mainly focuses on the connection of body-breath-mind and the subtle effects of yoga on them. He encourages students to be open to all aspects of yoga. His relaxed style of teaching is soothing and uplifting. He takes good care to provide a welcoming and light-hearted environment in his classes where students can feel comfortable in learning along with experiencing the essence of yoga. Experienced and enthusiastic meditator started his spiritual journey 9 years ago with Osho as his Guru to find “what he is doing on this planet and who he really is?” He has travelled continuously for years around India, spending most of his time in various ashrams in this search, where he learned different meditation techniques and dived in deep understanding and meditative state. He loves to bring his experience into existence by sharing it through different techniques and methodologies of Yoga and Meditation from different Traditional schools in a most approachable and scientific way.
Dr. Hemlata was born on 08 December 1985 at New Tehri, located in the state of Uttarakhand. In her school years, she had average grades, but her involvement in extracurricular activities like debate or speech and also in some school level projects was great. After completing her school education, she went on to attend Combined (P.G.) Institute of Medical Science & Research (CIMSR), Dehradun where she is graduated in Bachelor of Physiotherapy. During graduation, she started working in the field of ‘Effect of physiotherapy on Rib-Fracture & Spinal-Cord Injuries.
