Give yourself a break with a bed and breakfast stay filled with morning and evening yoga and healthy breakfast. This yoga weekend break is a getaway from the noise and for those with little time to replenish.
You will be staying in a duplex house set in a small private road leading to the 2 famous white beaches, Cala Lleyna and Cala Mastella. In the garden grounds around the duplex house you can sit and meditate swing on a hammock, or rock gently on a Balinese bed.
On the first floor there is shared accommodation between 5 guests and a private kitchen and bathroom. There are also 2 private rooms with their own balcony which can be 2 single beds in a shared room. Downstairs they can accommodate 2 single beds in a shared room. The indoor yoga area looks over into the garden terrace in the winter. In summer you will do yoga on the roof with sea views.
Arrive and settle in on Saturday, classes will start on the Sunday. Yoga is early morning at 08.00 a.m. to 09.00 a.m. with option of an early morning meditation from 07.30 a.m. to 08.00 a.m. followed by tea. Breakfast follows the yoga practice and is organic.
Shakti Shira Bassi
Shakti Shira Bassi has been trained over 15 years in power yoga and Sivanada in India. Shakti, or London mata as she is affectionately known by the Indian saints of the kumbh mela She is a yogi in life and lives yoga as living from the heart. She has undertaken travels to all sacred high energy sites such as Tibet, Nepal, Israel, and Egypt.
You will be staying in a very cozy duplex apartment in the town of Lleyna in Ibiza, which is a unique island in Spain. The place is walking distance to the beach, and pine forests. The sea is a short walk away to the beaches of Calla Mastella and Calla Lleyna also there is another secluded beach only 500 meters away.
All the food served in this retreat is sourced from the local farms and a vegetarian or vegan diet. Should you require meals there is an additional cost. There are local restaurants and you are free to bring in food and use the kitchen.
