Meera teaches a flowing dynamic Asana practice with influences from her Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Yoga Synergy training. The practice will be suitable for all levels from beginner to more experienced with attention to working safely with injuries or special conditions. In recent years, Meera’s practice has been under the guidance and support of Clive Sheridan whose focus is on the more subtle aspects of yoga, pranayama, and self-inquiry.
Linda has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and has her own studio at Hope Island in Queensland, Australia. Her classes are infused with joy and yoga, she believes one should be married to life and laughter and she encourages a lightness of spirit in her students. Linda brings a flexibility of body and mind to her yoga, which allows her to progress seamlessly from backbends to cappuccino. Married with kids and grandchildren, she is a whizz at stand-up paddle boarding and is nurturing a troop of little Barryettes in this lovely recreation.
Susan started a regular meditation practice in 2011, and witnessed a transformation in herself. She realized that the practice of meditation had translated into real life for her in that she no longer held on to emotions or thoughts that would have previously bothered her. Susan is an accredited meditation teacher by the Meditation Association of Australia. She currently teaches mindfulness and meditation classes in Sydney’s inner west. She has past experience of teaching maths in high schools.
Carol currently teaches Vinyasa, Prenatal, Restorative, and Yin yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 1996 and started teaching yoga in 2003. With a background in the health and fitness industry since 1990 teaching a variety of exercise classes for all ages, she developed a passion for keeping the body and mind healthy through exercise and yoga. After discovering yoga, she soon realized the balance that yoga could bring to your body, mind, and your life. Yoga is now a way of life.
