Join Cheryl for a weekend yoga retreat at the stunning Lower Coxbridge set in beautiful Glastonbury, Somerset. The retreat includes daily dynamic practices in the morning, restorative/yin sessions in the evening complemented with pranayama and meditation and Nidra. There will be the option to join the workshops available, one will be food based and the other will be yoga/meditation focused. You will enjoy the luxury of nourishing your body and mind through carefully crafted yoga practices and have the chance of reconnecting with nature through walks, runs, or maybe enjoying some time to read a book or two. You will be able to tempt your palate with delicious homemade plant-based meals and leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and relaxed. The retreat is catered to all levels.

During this retreat, you will be staying at Lower Coxbridge House in a shared double room or private room. Lower Coxbridge House is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, peaceful and private with magnificent 360° panoramic views of Somerset countryside and Glastonbury Tor.
Cheryl teaches yoga from the heart and offers a warm and light approach to the practice whilst weaving in the spiritual elements. Cheryl attained her L3 diploma, 200 hrs yoga teacher's training in 2011 attaining a CQY Accreditation with YMCA. Cheryl will be undertaking her 500 hrs teachers training starting in January 2019 with YogaLondon. After 10 years of working in digital media and having 2 children she knew the time had come for her to change her path and left media in 2017 to teach full time.
Located on the outskirts of the quiet and rural hamlet of Lower Coxbridge, and only three miles from Glastonbury town, 50 minutes from Bristol and Bath and easy reach from London by road or train. Lower Coxbridge House is a highly individual property, beautifully designed and furnished, providing a venue for a very special break away.
During this retreat, you will be served daily plant-based meals. Healthy nutrition is key and we want all of our yogis to experience the richness of freshly prepared plant-based cuisine. Sarah, a keen cook, and food enthusiast will be nourishing you for the weekend with a well thought out home-made menu. Sarah prides herself on her creativity and her ability to source fresh ingredients. Any food intolerances, allergies or special diets can be accommodated for.
