During this retreat, you will stay in a private room. Casa Shanti can host two to four people, while the camper can accommodate one person, and the yurt can host up to four people. It is a seven people space which makes a very intimate and informal retreat. The house also features a beautiful swimming pool with an amazing mountain view and the garden offers lots of spaces to relax and connect to yourself.

This retreat will help you to unwind and find your inner joy again through daily yoga sessions, mindfulness sessions guided step by step, intention rituals, and transformative therapies. This retreat focuses in a great base of yoga, and how to apply mindfulness in daily life which will help you to keep the spirit alive in the buzz of daily life. You will feel a total rejuvenation with a new life inspiration.
During this retreat, you will start your day with a mindfulness meditation session followed by an empowering morning yoga class. Then, you will enjoy a healthy brunch followed by free time for you to relax, enjoy Ibiza and its surroundings, book a massage, or take an uplifting walk in the woods.
During the afternoons, you may have a Yin yoga class, a mindfulness workshop, or a dynamic meditation session followed by a delicious dinner and free time to fill in, have a group meditation, or an evening walk.
Insight yoga works on all levels, body, mind, and soul. Insight yoga is a unique and effective combination of Kundalini yoga, Hatha and Yin yoga, mindfulness and breath work. Insight yoga teaches you how to cultivate present moment awareness. It helps to raise the energy field of the body and to strenghten the nervous system. A balanced nervous system is important for mental and emotional stability. Much emphasis is put on moment to moment awareness and on directing the attention on higher states of being.
Through diverse asana´s, kriya´s, breath work, and meditation the student is guided to a higher sense of wakefulness and deep feelings of inner joy. Insight yoga is a very fast track towards bliss and inner fulfillment. Besides the inner rewards, it tones and purifies the body and helps to release tensions from the body. As a result your body will get more flexible, slim, and soft.
This is a very relaxing and meditative form of yoga and has a tremendous stress reducing effect on body and mind. Its poses are held for a longer period of time, ranging from one minute up to 20 minutes. People are asked to fully relax in a pose and to soften the muscles. In this way, the poses relax the deep connecting tissues and fascia. In every pose, mindfulness is being practised as a way to get intimate with ones feelings, thoughts, and experiences. It teaches you to observe them with acceptance and an open mind, whatever the experience may be. As a result you learn to cope in a more effective way with anxiety, pain, and stress.

To be the witness and to observe the changing show of life from a little distance. This yoga mindfulness retreat will teach you mindfulness step by step. You will learn what mindfulness is, how you must practice it, and how you can apply it in daily life.

All her work is designed to inspire and energize your life. She uses a wealth of valuable tools for transformation and empowerment. Jasmine has developed her own unique style of yoga, focusing on awareness of the present moment and on activating life energy in the body. She teaches you to be more aware and present in an interesting and lively way.
This retreat will take place at Casa Shanti in Ibiza, Spain. The beautiful island of Ibiza is well known as a "hippy topia". Its beautiful natural surroundings make it easy to get back to your natural self and find inspiration again. Casa Shanti is a natural sanctuary, an off the grid house, with a very authentic and genuine style. By being there you easily leave the world and its worries behind. Straight from the garden its possible to walk to Benirras beach, one of the most popular beaches of North Ibiza.
