The Goddess Garden is a yoga retreat and a yoga teacher training retreat center. Most of all, it is an intentional place for yoga, meditation, and transformation in Costa Rica. The resort is known for its unique gardens and prime location, delicious meals, comfortable accommodations, and a wholehearted team of staff members. Its buildings are distributed over an area of 14 acres, using the natural clearings in the forest to build the resort.
The water in the rooms is heated by solar panels to cut down the use of electricity. They compost their organic leftovers. This compost is put back as fertilizer in the garden. Every action to conserve energy helps to minimize the damage that people cause to the earth, and they go the old fashion way of drying the clothes in the sun, when possible.
The conference room is designed for 100 souls to enjoy the spectacular view of the rainforest. It has a stage for artists or speakers to perform. They offer the newest audio and video system. For your comfort, it is equipped with air conditioning. In the back of the room, a built-in waterfall with tropical plants will delight your eyes.
They provide these facilities so you can take advantage of your yoga and meditation practice while learning from your yoga instructor. Many certified yoga instructors have chosen this yoga retreat destination for yoga teacher training retreats, not only because of its natural surroundings but also because of its suitable installations. The Goddess Garden offers the best atmosphere to practice yoga in groups.
