Jaye Hayes offers a soothing brew of yoga, movement, and meditation at regular classes in Melbourne and at retreats in Tasmania and Queensland.
Jaye has been a practitioner of Iyengar Yoga for 18 years and is an experienced yoga teacher of seven years practice. She began Iyengar yoga teacher training with Alan Goode in 2006 and continues to train towards Iyengar certification with Peter and Sue Scott at Yoga Jivana. Reconfiguring her yoga practice to support her health needs has been essential to Jaye's recovery process and it has also been a rich source of learning about the transformative power of dedicated yoga practice. She has been teaching yoga courses specifically for people with CFS since 2010.
