Meet your instructor - Nikki. With more than 19 years of experience in holistic therapies, she'll give you her full attention, insight and energy. Possibly your most intriguing benefit will be the vibrant momentum that Yoga Thym generates, leading you to wanting to develop your new skills even further. She has studied, over a number of years, with some great pioneers in their relevant fields from Christine Sapford (aromatherapy), Ganga White & Tracy Rich (yoga), Phoebe Diftler (Thai Yoga Massage); Daizan Skinner Roshi; Star Khechara, U.K (cosmetology); Dr. Steve G. Jones, U.S.A (hypnotherapy).

It was wonderful being welcomed in to Nikki’s Home and family, a really nurturing environment to explore emotions and challenge thought patterns.

I was unfortunately poorly during my retreat and Nikki and her mother couldn’t have been more wonderful if they tried, soups, vitamins, hot water bottles, you name it, they had me covered!

Nikki’s workshops were insightful and informative, and her guided meditations were amazing. Despite having been poorly I went home nourished and restored with a new and improved outlook. A real tonic for the soul.

I had a lovely time at this retreat. Nikki and her family were very welcoming and the accommodation and space for yoga/workshops was comfortable and homely. The vegetarian food was tasty and although I was staying in Nikki's home I felt able to relax and have time to myself or spend time chatting with her family as I wished. The retreat provided a good balance of time for yoga, meditation and workshops as well as time off for reading or walking in the peaceful countryside on the doorstep, and Nikki even took me on an afternoon trip to the local town on my last day. I would definitely recommend this retreat if you want to immerse yourself in yoga and meditation but also have time to reflect on your life and think about things you might want to change, using the information provided in the workshops and the resources that Nikki sends you to look at once home.

"Very pleasant and informative "

Nikki is a committed instructor. She obviously cares about what she does and very willingly shares her knowledge and expertise with clients. She is an excellent teacher and her knowledge of yoga and meditation is impressive. The location is beautiful and the accommodation cosy and comfortable. Nikki's parents are delightful and the food is healthy and tasty. I highly recommend this retreat!

"Fantastic break! "

Really made noticeable improvement with my yoga in just a few days.

The meditation was just what I needed. Traveling there and back was very smooth. Only an hour flight from Birmingham to Renne and Nikki picked me up and took me back.

Family so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

"An Enlightening experience "

I'm in awe with your varied skills and your personality is inspirational. You and your parents are an absolute joy to be around. I've just come back from a 4 night retreat, and i feel energised, focused and it was a really positive experience. Nikki, Sylvi and Lori made me feel so welcome, and at ease. The practices and workshops gave me so many idea and useful tips to help in daily situations. Nikki's teaching methods are gentle, informative and she has a way of passing on things she has learnt in a straight forward and comfortable way. The Thai Yoga massage really was good, and although I had some yoga practice, it really has improved. My meditation hopefully will gradually get better, but i have lots of tools and ideas to draw on now.

Their beautiful home is roughly 2 miles, i'd guess, from the town of Chateabriant and there is a cycle path near them which makes a visit very easy and enjoyable. And is worth a visit.

Fresh and lovingly prepared food is cooked by Sylvi and shared by all. I was very lucky to have some of the workshop time with Matt, a friend of Nikki's, and the whole experience for me was amazing. Thank you all so much. Nor

Lovely four-night break with Nikki and her family. I loved the yoga and meditation practice and Sylvie's vegetarian food was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend if you need a bit of "me time" and my break was excellent value for money. I especially loved quiet time in the garden with my book.

I spent the last ten days of June here on a retreat and loved every minute of it. Nikki and her family are so welcoming and it really felt like a home away from home. The personal development workshops are truly life changing, whether you're feeling stuck or have specific life issues you want to address. I can't recommend the retreat enough, everything from the accommodation to the food,the yoga and the workshops are wonderful. I've left feeling more at peace, more positive and looking forward to my future whatever it holds. I really can't recommend here highly enough!

I stayed at the retreat for 3 days, at the end i didnt want to leave! A truly beautiful place run by 3 wonderful people who make you feel totally at home, the yoga, meditation and work shops where brilliant and challenging.
