Valentina (Bharti) Mengarelli

Bharti has been practicing Hatha Yoga and in 2004, she started practicing Ashtanga Yoga with teacher Christos Christophy in London, who continuously inspired her and was able to transmit his passion for yoga as a spiritual practice (sadhana). She also studied with Eileen Gaultier and Lino Miele and took courses with internationally known teachers such as Surinder Singh, David Swenson, John Scott, and Matthew Sweeney amongst other international teachers. Her practice gradually became more spiritual and she started integrating meditation and breathing work on a daily basis.

    "Excellent retreat especially the meditation and chanting. The yoga level was perfect. Loved practicing in nature and the flexibility of the teacher to adapt to needs and different levels of students was great. The yoga was gentle and not forceful so I benefited greatly.
