Through the session, you will use key principles found in yoga philosophy combined with more modern approaches like coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique, and NLP.

Sacha's journey with yoga and meditation started when she was just 11 years old. She teaches deep and inspiring Hatha yoga classes at Mandala and with her husband (& co-founder Ben) loves to make sure you feel totally looked after and at home during your stay. Sacha's lessons are informed by over 19 years of her own personal practice and also by her training in classical yoga from some of India’s finest yogi’s. Her focus in classes is to help students access deep mind, body and spirit connection. Sacha loves to see students of all levels feel the immense benefits of yoga.
