Juan has a deep appreciation for calm and quiet spaces. When he enters a spacious room, with high ceilings, big windows, and quietness, he feels at home. With his teacher training program, his intention is to provide the feeling of a welcoming and safe space for yoga teachers who want to deeply immerse themselves in their journey as human beings.

Angela has been an academic, an actor, a singer and songwriter; a health advocate, social justice activist, Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, curriculum developer, and a writer. Every one of these pursuits has offered her the opportunity to explore her own mind, her heart, and her potential. As a teacher, writer and musician, her main pursuits now is to share what she has learned with others. She has not only found a job she loves but one that cultivates love - first inwardly and then outwardly.
Mark was obsessed with gymnastics as a child and was intrigued by the shapes he was able to find with practice and discipline. As a young adult, he continued to explore the capability of his body but his focus moved to music, and he obtained a degree in opera performance from The University of British Columbia, and worked diligently toward a career in music. One day, he found himself in a yoga class and couldn’t believe how incredible it felt to reconnect with his body in ways similar to his childhood. Meditation, philosophy study, and a consistent asana practice changed his life.
