A week of awakening and coming back home to yourself through Breathing Practices, mindful yoga sequences, Satsangs and Meditation sessions with a strong focus on the deep connection between your body and your heart-mind. From pranayama to Asanas, from Mindfulness to Yoga Nidra this retreat is designed to help you find your own teacher within and learn to listen kindly to your needs from the inside out.
This double-store rural house is a typical example of refined restoration. Its ancient bricks, wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and tiled balconies with traditional wooden shutters make it both cozy and elegant. Minimalist interiors and views over the countryside and the private land around it make it ideal for feeling secluded, safe and home.
The bedroom is showered with light as well as the living room and the two bathrooms are spacious and feature both a shower and a proper bath. The garden around it can be used fully and our tap water has no chlorine at all! Books and magazine are at your disposal for leisure time but we don't do TV! Less is more when it comes to a retreat.
Based in a lush Valley, surrounded by rolling hills and historical sites, during this Retreat you will learn how to listen to yourself again from the inside out. From inhabiting your body to awaken your senses, you will explore the deep connection between your breath, your body, and your heart-mind. Yoga for us means therapy and we try to deliver it as close as possible to its roots while also cultivating spacious awareness, deep relaxation, and loving kindness to oneself and others.
From morning to evening you will have the chance to tune in with life just as it is, eat soulful food from the land around us and make time for being rather than doing.
Note: Optional activities outside the program must be requested in advance to check availability and weather conditions. Excursions are all free but entrances to museums or spas are not included.

Trained in India in 2012 as a Restorative Tantra teacher, Annalisa has been leading retreats around the world including India, Morocco, and Croatia. Her classes are deeply therapeutic thanks to the blending of her mindfulness studies with the Sivananda and Hatha traditional sequences. The breath is the basis of anything she teaches and she has real passion for guided meditations, from Yoga Nidra to Metta. She studies Buddhist philosophy and always tries her best to share what she experienced in the kindest and safest way.
Yogalujah! Retreats only use locally grown organic fruit and vegetables. Gluten-free options are available. Vegan and vegetarian food with fresh, locally grown ingredients is available all year long.
