Judit Szegner

She first met with the world of Yoga in 2005, when she was looking for ways to reduce stress. 2 years later in Dublin she started practicing Vinyasa Flow and fell in love with this style, thanks to her teacher, Tahnee Fournier. She did her first teacher training in 2009 and she keeps on discovering since then. She took part in various workshops and teacher trainings with Judit Varga and Amelie Strecker in Vinyasa Flow style and with Simon-Borg Olivier in Yoga Synergy style. For Judit being a Yoga teacher is an honour. Sharing her experience and seeing her students’ development makes her happy.

Mariana Aguilar

Her first contact with Ashtanga Yoga was in 2005, during her journey, she met her guide Eva Oller, who encouraged her to start teaching yoga. She started to train herself with teachers around the world and in 2015, travels for the first time to Mysore, India, the birthplace of the Ashtanga Yoga. Few months later she is certified as an authorised teacher by her guru, John Scott. She considers herself a student of this beautiful practice, and is deeply grateful for the wisdom imparted to her by all her teachers; her greatest desire is to be the voice for that knowledge to all her students.

"Three days of Santosha"

Instructors Mariana and Judit were amazing. They prepared very interesting classes and workshops. Also nature was beautiful, staff was very friendly, vegetarian meal was delicious.

"A fantastic weekend "

Positive energy. The exercises were demanding but well manageable by beginners. The instructors were thorough and patient, they motivated people to push themselves in a very positive way but always leaving the option for people to do things to their ability. They had good options for those with physical limitations. We consider ourselves in good physical shape and we were sweating bullets, feeling physically exhausted after the weekend in the best way... while at the same time completely rejuvenated. We would go again without hesitation. We loved it!
