Susan's teaching foundation is Hatha yoga which is the foundation of all yoga types. She trained with Teach Yoga in London with a wide range of teachers and as a result embraces many styles of yoga including; Nidra, Hatha, Vinyassa, Iyengar with an Ayurvedic approach and enjoys incorporating all these styles of teaching within her classes. Deeply calming, nurturing and revitalising. Addressing the mind, body and spirit. Helping you feel calm, balanced, at one with yourself and the world around you. My yoga retreat was a very calming and lovely experience. Susan is a fantastic teacher who took great care to tailor the yoga sessions to me. Yoga Nidra was new for me but I'll be looking to see if I can continue this when back home as I found it so beneficial. I highly recommend. 5 star stay and experience 💙

"Just disappointing yoga"
Accomodation was ver good; clean, comfortable ad spacious. With bath as well as shower and our own outside door so that I came and went without disturbing the hosts. Breakfasts were substantial and excellent. A box was provided so that I could take some food to eat during the day.

"My First Yoga Retreat"
As a yoga beginner, I was not sure what to expect from my first yoga retreat, but immediately felt very comfortable as Susan welcomed me to her beautiful house in Tobermory. Yoga sessions were relaxed, but carefully structured and progressive over my four day stay. The early morning and later evening sessions gave me the freedom to explore the beautiful island of Mull during my two full days. The breakfasts prepared by Vaughan, Susan's husband, were amazing! I can highly recommend this experience.

"Tolle Yoga-Lehrerin, bereicherndes Retreat"
Yoga-Lehrerin Susan Spreckley hat ihr Programm stark an meinen Bedürfnissen orientiert, die ich vorher mitteilte. Sie war immer exzellent vorbereitet und erklärte die Übungen sehr gut, so dass ich diese als Nicht-Nativespeaker gut verstand. Das Programm erlaubt individuelle Tagesgestaltung, Yoga bildet den Rahmen. Der persönliche Kontakt war warmherzig, freundlich und gleichzeitig nicht vereinnahmend. Sehr angenehm!
